RETURN POLICY

Exercising the right of rescission for our customer is extremely simple: simply request a unique RMA code (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our Customer Service within ten days of receiving the shipment containing the items to be returned.

To request a RMA code:

  • Fill out the form below containing identification data on the customer and order containing the item to be returned;
  • Specify the reason why you want to return your purchase;
  • Indicate how you intend to be refunded (which must be the same method used to make the initial payment). You can keep your credit by requesting a customer credit that can be used later (within one year of creation).
  • Accept the conditions concerning the right of rescission whose full text is found in this section and send the form.

After you receive your RMA code, you must send goods following those instructions.
